The Topographic Plan of Survey is similar to the SRPR but does not focus on the cadastral or boundary element.  The Topographic plan focuses on the surface of the property and is intended for inventory and design.

 

The Topographic plan of survey includes as required:

1. property limits and descriptions, as warranted

2. elevations; contours and/or spot elevations with or without water level datums

3. natural features; exposed rock, rock ridges, significant trees types/ bush line, drainage,

4. access corridors; roads, trails, maintained lawn

5. structures; building (existing and proposed), walls, water well, septic

6. utilities, (sub)grade and aerial ; water, electric, telephone, cable/satellite, see others under structures

7. title block; property location
