An SRPR (Surveyor's Real Property Report) is a physical mark out of the boundaries together with an exclusive two part document provided to the client.  This product is for the multiple purposes of i) marking and certifying the extent of registered rights to land, ii) relative location of (sub)structures, and iii) to ensure there are no neighbouring interests in the land.

The deliverable part of the SRPR is a wriiten and illustrated document certified by an OLS, which can be furnished to:

  • land proprietor (purchaser/vendor) or financial institution for mortgage purposes
  • planner for review of changes to the use within a property
  • solicitor for assissting in the remedy of conflicting title or interests
  • municipality for building permits
  • neighbour for discussing peaceful settlement
